Using SketchUp

Today I have used SketchUp for the first time. I had imported a 3D model that I downloaded from a site called 3D Warehouse. I had read a paragraph and I needed to get models that I felt was relevant to the paragraph. I had downloaded a house model and imported in into SketchUp. In SketchUp I changed the viewpoint of the model to a point that I wanted to draw from. When I had my angle, I took a photo of the screen using the Print Screen button. I then pasted this into Photoshop, where I have started to draw around the model to get my first shot for my storyboard.

When drawing around the image I have been thinking of the rule of thirds. The rule of thirds is used in storyboarding to make a viewer look along the lines drawn to see the full image.
